President and CEO, neurosurgeon certified by the Japan Neurosurgical Society
Takao Yanagawa
Graduated from Shinshu University School of Medicine in 2007.Completed the early phase clinical residency program at Shinshu University Hospital in 2009. Acquired the qualification as a board certified neurosurgeon and training physician. Has performed over 2,500 neurosurgical operations.
Launched the Society of Internet of Medical Things in 2016 and became director, while working to promote the linkage between IoT and medical care. Founded Zaiken Co., Ltd., in July 2018 where he managed Ishindenshin, a service for IoT continuous remote electrocardiogram (ECG) examinations using an ultracompact continuous remote ECG device. In October 2019, he started Doctors Inc., and launched the crowdsourcing business with medical professionals, which was the first system of its kind in Japan with numerous specialists playing leading roles. He promotes IT and IoT for medicine in the new era of a super-declining birthrate and a super-aging population.
Director and COO
Manabu Ito
Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, School of Science, Osaka University, in 1994. Joined Oracle Corporation, Japan, in the same year, and as an engineer, he was involved in the multimedia and network computing businesses, as well as launching new businesses for different companies related to the Internet, mobile content, medical care, and publishing and printing.
Founded Embrace Co., Ltd., a company operating the social medical platform business, in 2001. Held the office of president & CEO and chairman successively and grew the medical care station in medical social media to become Japan’s largest in scale. He joined Doctors in January 2020 and was appointed the COO.

Seiji Inoue
Graduated from Chuo University Faculty of Commerce in 2013 and joined ShinNihon LLC (currently Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC) the same year. He was involved in accounting audits in various industries of different sizes of companies as a certified public accountant. Later, he helped to establish management control systems, such as structuring a closing system at a business company. Joined Doctors in October 2020 and was appointed a director and the CFO in February 2021.

Aki Shiraishi
Graduated from the College of Liberal Arts, International Christian University, in 2007. Involved in projects by manufacturers, including pharmaceutical companies, trading companies, dealers, and others at an independent strategic consulting firm the same year. Later, at the Japanese Foundation for Cancer Research, she was responsible for formulating business plans and promoting new project planning as the corporate planning manager, for management reform of the organization, and for many projects to strengthen the business foundation, including a project for accepting overseas patients first in Japan and a fundraising project.
Joined Doctors in December 2020 and supports business development of medical and healthcare for companies. Appointed an executive officer in December 2021.

Chihiro Tachiya
Graduated from the Faculty of Letters, Chuo University, in 2016. Engaged at JTB Corporation in planning projects mainly with tourism x IT, including the & TOKYO project promoted by the Tokyo metropolitan government while taking advantage of her experience in planning and operating apps during university. Then, at a division specialized on national policies, she gained experience in the development and operation of commissioned business linked to national policies that contribute to social issues and met directly with central government ministries, agencies, and affiliated organizations.
Joined Doctors in April 2021 and launched the Platform Business Unit, which is responsible for product development, with the mission of becoming a Medical DX Platformer that would resolve the issues of the current medical structure with medical experts through technology. Appointed an executive officer in September 2022.

Toshihiro Fujita
Graduated from Kobe University, Faculty of Business Administration, in 2017.In the same year, he joined Link and Motivation Inc., where he provided business support for a variety of leading companies, including manufacturers of home appliances and foods, as well as companies in the financial, IT, and distribution industries, from planning to implementing recruiting strategies.In addition, he provided a consulting service for human capital strategies that included the creation of a personnel management system during the organizational reform process of client companies associated with incorporating as a holding company.
Thereafter, he was responsible for the development and operation of services as the product manager for a recruitment management system and a recruitment engagement survey. Joined Doctors in January 2023 and was appointed an executive officer in October 2023.
